Pumpkin family fun weekends
Join us for our Pumpkin Festival on the Farm! Pick your own homegrown pumpkins and enjoy some autumnal family fun, with games, cake and coffee, and plenty of farmyard fun for everyone.
We’re open 10am–4pm on Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October. Come along and join the fun!
Butchers
Daynes Farm Butchers is stocked with our own South Devon and Galloway beef, Tamworth pork, and lamb – all reared on our organic, registered farm. We also offer pasture-raised chicken from nearby Spindlewood (just 4 miles away) and Sladesdown Farm (10 miles), alongside locally sourced venison. Our bacon is made from our own home-reared organic pork and cured on site by our butcher.
Everything is bespoke butchered on site by craft butcher Niall, working from whole carcasses, so any cut is possible. Just ask.
Farm Shop
Pop into our farm shop and you’ll find a wonderful selection of seasonal vegetables, freshly baked local breads, and fresh dairy products from trusted producers in the area. We also stock a great range of sauces, preserves, stocks, sweet treats and unique foodie gifts. Whether you’re picking up a few essentials or treating yourself to something special, we’re sure you’ll discover something to take home.

Why not pop in and join us for a bite to eat? From hearty butcher’s breakfasts to tasty seasonal lunches and homemade snacks, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Treat yourself to one of our hot pasties or sausage rolls, made with meat from our own organic farm, or relax with a freshly baked cake or homemade scone and a cup of tea.

Our Story
Dave, Helen, Emily, Elliot and Alfred welcome you to Daynes Farm. We are a family run organic farm farming 100acres across the South Hams but mainly based in Harberton just outside Totnes in Devon.
We are huge believers that we are just custodians of the countryside. We want to farm in the most sustainable way, produce the best produce. We want to improve the land, soil, environment so that we can pass it on to the next custodians in a better condition. All our cattle, sheep and goats graze outside for the majority of the time and fed only produce we have produced. Having a diverse rotation helps the soil and animals get the best nutrients.
